Asian Tennis Federation

Affiliated with the International Tennis Federation, the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) is a non-profit organization that is open to all Asian national tennis associations. The Federation's objectives are to increase participation in, facilitate development of and raise the standard of tennis in Asia

The ATF currently has 43 member associations dedicated to the promotion of tennis in their respective countries. They work closely with the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and supports its member associations through the implementation of a wide range of programs. The ATF organizes a number of regional and international tennis events, , tennis officiating seminars, coaching certification courses administrative workshops, junior development programs, traveling teams, a School Tennis Initiative and a number of other programs that are vital to the development and growth of Asian tennis.
International Tennis Federation (ITF)

The International Tennis Federation (ITF) is the governing body of tennis. The objective of the Federation is to promote and develop the game of tennis to make it a truly global sport available to all in a non-racial, non-political form and to preserve the integrity and independence of the sport of tennis

There are 203 member National Associations governed by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) which is more than most international sporting federations. Member nations include countries from every continent such as Australia, Brazil, China, France and Mali, and each association is involved in organising tennis and promoting the interests of tennis.
Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP)

In 1988, the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), the men's professional tennis player's association, used a parking lot at the U.S. Open to announce that they would assume control of the game.

Lawn Tennis Association

The Lawn Tennis Association is an organisation bound together by a lifelong passion for the game.

As the governing body of British tennis we are united in our commitment to growing the sport throughout the country at all levels; from the grass roots of the game, to success on the international stage.

We work with clubs, schools and local authorities to make tennis accessible, affordable and attractive to everyone, regardless of age or background. We judge ourselves not only by the number of people enjoying tennis in Britain, but also by the standard at which they play.

Professional Tennis Registry

To educate, certify and service tennis teachers and coaches around the world in order to grow the game.

PTR membership is all inclusive. There are no barriers that would prevent anyone from joining PTR. The same holds true for the educational courses we conduct. If you are not able to afford the cost of professional development, you may qualify for assistance from PTR Foundation. From the teaching professional and coach to the tennis novice, PTR has instructional manuals, supplements, books and videos available.
