The Leicester Racecourse provides the perfect venue for

The racecourse has thirty race meetings a
year, with the group 3 Leicestershire Stakes as the centre
piece of their racing calendar. Leicester is proud to be in
the top flight of Britain's smaller courses offering racing
all year.
The new grandstand provides a unique venue
for non-raceday events and functions, enabling them to present
some of the best facilities within the Midlands area. This,
along with the easy access to the Midlands Motorway network
and being only three miles from the centre of Leicester and
the railway station make it the perfect location for any event.
The Grandstand, with it's panoramic views
over 200 acres of Racecourse and Golf Estate, provides a unique
venue for both private and business functions.
Leicester racecourse is situated within 3
miles of the city centre and mainline railway station and
five miles from the M1 and M69 interchange. Furthermore Leicester
Racecourse in convenient for both Local and National Events
with car parking available for up to 100 cars.

Facitities at Leicester Racecourse
The Nelson Suite
The Nelson Suite is situated
on the first floor of the raceccourse's impressive Grandstand.
It provides a light, spacious and airy setting. The French
doors open onto a Private balcony giving you views across
200 acres of Golf and Racecourse.
The retractable partition divides the Nelson
Suite, giving the option of having a meeting in the main section
whilst serving refreshments in the other.
All the windows in the Nelson Suite are fitted
with electrically operated blinds allowing a full blackout
facility for conferences. The suite can also be arranged to
seat 300 for dinner or 240 if you require the dance floor.
There is an integral sound system and facilities
for a disco or live band. The video system means you can show
your guests videos or live pictures over the 8 television
screens that are positioned around the room. The Nelson Suite
is the perfect venue whatever your requirements.
Exhibition Hall
The Exhibition Hall at the
course is situated on the ground floor of the Conference Centre.
This room lends itself as a unique venue for exhibition and
trade shows.
It has a private entrance, two bars and a
fast food servery with its own dining area. Access into the
Exhibition Hall to drive a vehicle through, making it the
perfect location for car launches.
The Exhibition Hall can also be used as a
reception area or syndicate facility when used in conjunction
with the Nelson Suite.
Executive Boxes
Their six executive single and three
double boxes which is adjacent to the Conference Centre, have
panoramic views over the Racecourse.
Each executive box has sliding patio doors
leading to a private balcony. Whether your requirements be
a small board meeting, company training day or interviewing,
their boxes offer the comfort and tranquillity you would expect
from their beautiful surroundings.
The executive boxes can also be used as a
syndicate rooms in conjunction with the Nelson Suite.
